This 3 storey property with 1 apartment, Harbour Suite, on ground floor, is situated on edge of town, overlooking the North beach.
Car can be parked outside for offloading purposes (double yellow lines) afterwards short drive to public car park with allocated space, or opposite along the Croft for unlimited use (if available).
3 steps into main front door (approximately 12” high 1 metre wide).
Hand rails either side of steps.
There is a small communal walled courtyard to the rear which has flat patio slabs with tables, bench and chairs for residents use. 3 steps of similar size located for access to rear courtyard, also with hand rail on side of steps.
No help is at hand with any luggage, unless requested in advance.
Harbour Suite has a double room with ensuite bath and overhead shower.
All doorways are standard sizes. open plan lounge/dining/kitchenette with separate wc off lounge.
Good lighting throughout apartment (natural and artificial).
TV has remote control.
