1 White Lion Street, Tenby is a 2 storey newly refurbished and extended maisonette, ideally located in Tenby, Pembrokehsire, only 100 yards from the seafront overlooking North Beach, Tenby.  

The property provides easy access to Tenby's many beaches, shops, restaurants, cafes and attractions.  The accommodation is on the first and second floors.  There is a large bay window looking at the stunning, ancient Tenby Town Walls which enclose Tenby, Dinbych Y Pysgod (Little Fort of the Fish).  The first floor open plan kitchen/living/dining room allows glimpses of the sea in Carmarthen Bay in the distance.  In the other direction, you can see Tenby's St Johns Church.  Along the hallway is a double bedroom, a child's small bunk room and a shower room.  Upstairs is the second-floor loft with a double bed, sloping ceilings (so please mind your head), velux windows, an ensuite shower room, a drinks-making station and the fabulous Velux Cabrio Roof/balcony window, which offers northerly views across Tenby's rooftops, houses, town life and nearby parking.

The flat has been designed and decorated to compliment the location and make it a welcome haven after a long day exploring the delights of Pembrokeshire such as Caldey Island, Skomer Island, the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, Barafundle Bay, Bosherston Lily Ponds, Saundersfoot beach and harbour, Folly Farm, Heatherton World of Activities, Manor House Zoo, Carew Castle, Pembroke Castle and many more unique places waiting to be discovered. 

A wonderful base at any time of year.

Approached on White Lion Street, parking/loading bay opposite and disabled parking bay opposite. Pavement outside and entrance through ground floor door. Keypad door lock. No parking associated with the property Tenby’s car parks suggested. Main entrance door accessed from pavement small ip Hallway – tiled floor automatic sensor lighting to flight of stairs Carpeted flight of stairs to first and second floor, automatic sensor lighting on all levels. No Garden/Outdoor Space Accommodation is accessed on the Ground Floor and covers the First and Second Floors (only hallway on ground floor). The Ground floor of the building is a small shop/office and there is a neighbouring shop the other side on the ground floor (2022/23). Door to first floor (all on one level) opens to open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a large nearly full length bay window and smaller window. They are sash windows so please be careful not to leave the bottoms open or anyone unattended who may try to open them. Hallway leads to shower room with sliding pocket door and shower tray (few inches step up into it, small bunk bedroom and double bedroom. Second floor is up the next flight of stairs – stairway has sloping ceiling so please mind heads. Bedroom, drinks station and ensuite are all on one level. Windows either side of house and 2 velux windows. Cabri Balcony Velux on one side. Again care with anyone being left unattended who may try to open windows etc. Shower cubicle has small lip step to get into. Kitchen units are all standard height, as is oven, worktop space has hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. Floor standing fridge freezer with freezer at floor level and tall fridge above. Dining table is free standing and easily movable, seats 5 with 5 chairs. Sofa is a low, 3-4 seater (no arm rests at ends), there are 2 small occasional easy chairs easily moveable. Very light and airy throughout - many large windows. Beds are standard height. Electric radiators can be digitally, thermostatically controlled – please to not put anything on them or against them and turn down or off when not in use. Heated towel rails in bathrooms. Washing machine is in the cupboard on the ground floor. TV is 50” and is a SMART TV. Minimal trinkets. There are grocery shops within a short walking distance. Local transport - bus stop approx 2 minutes walk away Upper Park Road, Tenby Train Station. In terms of privacy, curtains need to be closed at night in the living room due to the large low windows and wide pavement opposite. The living room overlooks Tenby’s Ancient Stone Walls which encircle the inner part of Tenby and where the Pedestrianisation Area begins in the Summer Months. The broadband connection to the building is fast and reliable, but different mobile providers can vary. There is no landline in the property.
