Tan y Bryn is a wonderful semi-detached house set in the most enviable position just yards from Whitesands Beach, offering the most stunning sea views over the bay. Renovated throughout, this 1930’s house has been beautifully furnished to provide a comfortable welcoming beachside holiday home with tiled floors throughout the ground floor.  Step into the cottage style well-equipped fitted kitchen, washing up will never be a drudge with one of the best sea views from the picture window. The sitting room with wood burning stove for chillier evenings offers a great place to relax and unwind.  The double doors open up to the dining room with its super bay window and built-in window seat.  Stairs lead to the bedrooms above with fresh white linen, the ensuite double overlooks the enclosed garden and patio area; all other rooms offer stunning views over the beach and sea to the headland. The summer sunsets are truly breathtaking. If you can bear to tear yourself away from the beach, the rear garden offers a sheltered sunny spot to enjoy a barbecue with a large paved patio and sloping lawn.

Spend your days on this famous beach with its stunning golden sand, it is popular with families, as well as water sport enthusiasts, being highly rated by surfers, both beginners and professionals alike. There is even a seasonal beachside cafe or ice cream hut for refreshments. Take to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path right on your doorstep, it is certainly the best way to appreciate this dramatic unspoilt coastline and hidden inlets. The walk up Carn Llidi is definitely recommended, the views are well worth the effort. The famous tiny city of St. Davids with its majestic Cathedral and Bishop’s Palace is only a 5 minute drive away; enjoy exploring its range of shops, pubs, restaurants and galleries. A boat trip to Ramsey Island or around Skomer is a must, the bird and wildlife is mesmerising, the shearwaters in early summer and the seal pups in September are sure to be highlights. There are a range of stunning beaches to visit nearby including Porth Melgan, Porthsele and Abereiddy with the Blue Lagoon. Tan Y Bryn is sure to become a firm favourite with couples and families, whatever the season it will leave you with holiday memories to treasure.

The front door of the house is accessed (into the entrance lobby and then hallway) by a concrete driveway and 3 steps. The back door has one step (into the kitchen). The outside toilet (next to the patio) has one step in. The outside cold water shower has a concrete base with a ground drain, and a pneumatic tap Ground floor facilities include: Kitchen area with low level convection oven and ceramic hob (with safety features) at worktop height. Low Level integrated dishwasher. Wash area (within Kitchen) with washing machine, clothes dryer and sink. Dining room has a solid teak table and 8 chairs with seat pads (two of which are arm chairs). Tiled flooring throughout ground floor. Rugs in Lounge and Dining Room. Log burners in both Dining Room and Lounge on raised slate hearth with fire fenders. Smart TV in Lounge is remote controlled. Upstairs: Fitted carpets including stairs. Well lit. Bannisters on stairs throughout. Bathroom and ensuite shower room upstairs have tiled floors (one en suite with wc, sink and shower; one family bathroom with sink bath and separate shower). Handles for extra support in both bathroom and ensuite shower room.
