The house is approached via an A-road. Cottages are accessed by a 5 bar gate leading to ample parking space (up to two cars with one space directly outside cottage on level concrete patio). Main entrance door on level with patio - no steps. Alternate entrance at the back of property. 1 m wide patio doors reached by 2 small steps.
Ground floor facilities include lounge/second lounge/downstairs toilet and basin and hallway
kitchen/diner - extensive worktops with washing machine and dishwasher at low level, large kitchen table and 6 chairs and low level oven and well-lit sitting room and lounge with natural and artificial light. 2 Tvs downstairs operated by remote control.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with easy access wardrobes - 2 fitted wardrobes and one free standing and bathroom with bath and shower accessed by small step with basin and toilet.
The garden is small with patio area for 4 chairs and table and grass lawn which is 15 m wide with shed at the corner.
External lighting system automatically activated by dusk.
Guide dogs welcome.
Public transport (local bus service) approximately 50 m to bus stop across road from property.
